Fair play disclaimer
Everything in the store is a supporter perk. Caladria's gameplay progression (levels, XP, honor, achievements, Power, survival stats) is never for sale and can't be bought, gifted, or bypassed with gold. Gold is the one currency that shows up here because it's the one thing you can already earn in-game by playing.
How fast do purchases land?
Usually a couple of seconds. If you're already in-game the HUD gold counter bumps on the next server tick.
When does a subscription's first stipend arrive?
Instantly, at the moment of purchase. Your tier's full weekly gold lands in your account alongside the Discord role grant; you don't wait seven days for the first one. The next stipend lands seven days later, and every seven days after that while the subscription is active.
What if I'm offline when a stipend drops?
Nothing to do. The next time you connect, the server catches up retroactively for every full week you missed while subscribed. Daily gold drip (the passive rate while you're online) doesn't back-pay, but the weekly stipend does.
Can I upgrade or switch tiers?
Not directly from our store yet. Tebex's tier-change flow requires a manual approval on their side that we're still working through. For now, cancel your active subscription on Tebex's recurring payments page, wait for the current period to lapse, then resubscribe at the new tier.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Visit your account page and hit the Cancel button, or go straight to Tebex's recurring payments page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access + stipends through the end of the current period.
My purchase hasn't landed. Now what?
Give it a minute. If it still hasn't applied, open your account page to double-check the purchase history, then ping us in Discord with the transaction id from your Tebex confirmation email so we can manually reconcile.
Do my rewards carry across characters?
Yes. Gold and subscription status sit on your account, not on any single character, so anything you buy persists even if you die or reroll. Character slots purchased as part of a subscription tier apply account- wide the same way.
Refunds and chargebacks
We honor legitimate refund requests within Tebex's standard window (14 Days), reach out on Discord and we'll work with you. Chargeback-driven refunds trigger an automatic clawback of the matching rewards; for subscriptions that also ends the tier. Please talk to us before opening a dispute.
