1. Who we are
Caladria is a community-run animal survival experience for Red Dead Online / Red Dead Redemption 2 via the RedM modification platform. These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of playcaladria.com, our Discord community, and the game servers we operate (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (16 in regions where a higher age floor applies under local law). You also need a lawfully obtained copy of Red Dead Online or Red Dead Redemption 2 and a Cfx.re / RedM account in good standing. Those sit outside our control and under their own terms.
3. Your account
We don't run a password system. You sign in with Discord, and we keep a signed session cookie identifying you by your Discord ID. You're responsible for what happens under your Discord and Cfx.re accounts while connected to the Service. Tell us via Discord if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Purchases and supporter perks
All purchases on the Service are voluntary contributions that help keep the community and its servers online. Subscriptions and one-time gold bundles unlock convenience perks (extra character slots, a weekly in-game gold stipend, a Discord role, priority in the connect queue). They don't buy competitive gameplay advantages or bypass progression. Payments are processed by our partner Tebex; we never see your card or bank details.
5. Delivery and manual redemption
Fulfilment is automated: the moment Tebex confirms your payment, the game server
credits the benefits on your next login (or immediately if you're already connected).
If automated delivery doesn't land within about a minute, use the /redeem <transaction-id> command in-game with the
ID from your Tebex confirmation email, or open a support ticket in our Discord.
6. Refunds
Because the Service is a donation-supported community and perks are delivered digitally, refunds are at our discretion. Contact us through our Discord support channel within 14 days of purchase if something went wrong. We'd rather fix the issue than punt it. Tebex's own refund policy also applies in parallel.
7. Acceptable use
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, abuse other players, harass staff, evade bans, spam, scrape, or disrupt the Service. Don't run automation or third-party tools that interact with the server outside of RedM itself. We may remove access, temporarily or permanently, from anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.
8. Intellectual property
Red Dead Redemption 2 and its assets belong to Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. RedM / Cfx.re assets belong to the Cfx.re team. Caladria's original code, artwork, and content is ours; you may not redistribute it without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uptime, that specific features will remain, or that bugs will be fixed within any particular window. We are a community project, not a commercial product.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Caladria's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost game progress, emotional distress, missed opportunities, and so on).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in our Discord and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Contact
Reach us via our Discord . The #support channel is the fastest route for anything transactional, and staff DMs are fine for private account matters.
